The Brianna Linin Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in memory of Brianna Danae Linin, who was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor which claimed her life when she was just five years old. A local fundraising event, Goodland’s Got Talent, was started as an annual memorial to her and her legacy, with proceeds each year building this scholarship fund. The first scholarships awarded from this Fund were to 2017 graduates of Goodland High School, Brianna’s classmates. A perpetuating scholarship will continue in years beyond. Applications are due each year by April 1 for consideration.
